Health systems and academic medical centers, colleges and universities, nonprofits and foundations, and companies and associations. The common thread is a leadership challenge involving people, culture or how the organization works.
Who will actually do the work?
James leads every engagement personally. When a project needs additional expertise, such as statistical analysis at scale, the team and responsibilities are agreed in the written scope.
Can we start small?
Yes. Many clients start with a briefing, a workshop or a focused diagnostic. Longer support follows only when it is useful.
How are fees set?
Fees are based on objectives, preparation, participants, deliverables and travel, and are confirmed in a written scope before work begins.
Do you work in person and virtually?
Both. Palagn is based in Nashville and works with organizations across the United States and internationally.
Do you book keynotes and conference sessions?
Yes. Keynotes, retreats, panels and interactive Deciding Factor sessions can be booked through the same form. Share the date, audience and location.
How do you handle confidential information?
Confidentiality and data-handling expectations are agreed at the outset. Please keep employee records and other sensitive material out of the first inquiry.
